Sphiwokuhle Calvin Nkambule is a professionally trained chef and the founder of Cal’s Kitchen. Holding a Diploma in Culinary Arts with Food Health & Safety and a Diploma in Patisserie Studies, Chef Calvin brings both technical expertise and creative flair to every dish.
With extensive experience in catering, contract catering, and canteen management, he has worked with notable corporate brands like Seriti, SACAA, and FNB.
